Tom the Dog needs a home

Tom is a very active dog that is to smart for his own good. He loves to run and play with the dogs. His prior owner said he was overly protective of her and the family. He has done great here with my family but its all ne so it would be best if he goes to a family with no kids just to be safe. He is so smart he knows commands but will ignore you if he is playing or just doesn't want to mind. He is like a child and can be defiant.
